when i was post op after top surgery i had a good friend there with me to help recover. but the nurse didnt get the memo and when i woke up she was like “ok i’m gonna go get your girlfriend and bring her in to see you!” and i remember being so zonked on anesthesia and so disoriented i just laid there thinking wow…… all that an they’re bringing me a girlfriend too this place is amazing
miles becomes friends with Hebichi’s little sister (because Sakara is friends with EVERYONE) and he comes over to their apartment, immediately mistakes Hebichi for Sakara’s father (this is not the first time someone has thought that) and then goes through the five stages of grief in learning that she’s actually only like three years older then him. he didn’t know aging that badly was possible. she looks like in her late thirties but no. 19-22 age range
Hebichi commits Miguel levels of destruction on the cafeteria silverware because her stress reaction is biteyness. they start bringing her chew toys. hobie’s brought her animal bones before and she goes crazy on them. you know when they test out canons on plastic silicone type replicas of the human body? hobie snags an arm from one of those test dummies at some point and brings her one. it goes great. Hebichi gets through it really quick, gnaws on it regularly. it’s a great chew toy for her. except she kind of mangles it and it’s really starting to disturb the other spiderpeople. miguel takes it away :( probably without telling her too 💔

As many of you know, our cat Itachi aka Eggy Biscuit aka Edgar Allen Purr, has been struggling medically since he entered our care as a 5 week old kitten. While his original medical condition was easily fixed through a TECA procedure (removal of the ear canal), he has had two additional challenging medical conditions occur - a severe bacterial GI infection and two urinary blockages. In December 2022, Eggy became seriously ill and was showing signs of a FBO (foreign body obstruction) so his veterinarian recommended that he undergo exploratory abdominal surgery. During the surgery, no foreign body was discovered so they decided to take biopsies in effort to find out what was causing his nausea, excessive salvation, and vomiting episodes. The biopsy results are what confirmed the bacterial infection. He was placed on antibiotics, pain medication, and healed phenomenally. We had thought that we were over the hurdle of experiencing another urinary blockage but last evening at around 11:30pm (06/28/2023), i noticed that Eggy was straining and vocalizing in the litter box again. We immediately started the original medication protocol to alleviate a partial obstruction in hopes that we caught it early enough. By morning, Eggy was still experiencing difficulty urinating and was taken to our primary veterinarian for stabilizing care. Eggy is currently hospitalized with our primary veterinarian after going through yet another procedure to unblock him. He will remain there until tomorrow afternoon to ensure that he is urinating on his own with no re-obstruction. Through all of this, I have completely emptied our savings account in order to save Eggy. In addition to Egg’s medical expenses, we are working very closely with our primary veterinarian to ensure he is monitored and treated accordingly. This has all be extremely overwhelming mentally, emotionally, and financially and I’m hoping to fundraise $970 enough to alleviate the incurred financial cost from today’s procedure to unblock Egg. I need donations amount to the maximum estimated amount $1600 as we will not know the total amount due until pick up tomorrow, please help save Egg..you will make a difference.

Hebichi would probably not help miles but give him some advice and avoid helping to capture him. a kind of “I believe you’re right and I encourage you to continue down your path” thing but it’s mixed with she has to take care of her sister and keep her safe which is her main priority. so she can’t exactly turn against the spider society especially after she faked her canon event lol. probably goes offline for a bit. atleast until she realizes the guy trying to kill Miles’s dad is the spot who is a multiverse level threat (read: letting the spot go about and letting miles handle him threatens her universe and therefore her sister) so she’s gotta show up now with the “you didn’t tell me this was the guy you were going up against???” To help. hrrr,,,, Gives her doc ock’s limb enhancers,,,
